However, manipulating the brains of men and women doesn't ensure that says will function properly. Therefore, the effective head must understand how to govern people. And there are two ways that can guarantee leaders that their fans would follow their words. One is "to be feared than to be loved"(Machiavelli, The Prince, Pg46). Other some may be to "appear, after seeing and reading him, to be all mercy, all faithfulness, all integrity, all kindness, all religion"(Machiavelli, The Prince, Pg 49). However, if one really owns these virtues, then one may be chained by one's own virtue and moral to forget one's obligation that is to maintain the community.
According to Durkheim, the mere reality that we are people made us create world, and folks subordinate to world rationally. (Durkheim, Individualism). And, based on most people's rationalism, a innovator will need to have enough potential to earn the credits from folks. However, it may seem a hard task for one to have each one of these qualities. So, head must may actually have all these qualities.
