According to the study from past many years and regarding to my notion the term "Politics" in the business is creating the hoax to its original term. Electricity, Politics and Control will be the three critical indicators in the workplace that contributes to the success in shortcut manner. We will discuss these three factors which has change the situation of Organizations and command qualities.
Politics in the organization
Organizational Politics requires intentional functions of the effect to improve or protect the self-interest of the individuals or the organizations. It is an unpreventable and basic actuality. Office politics is an extremely human trend that tends to happen in organizations with at least one degree of separation between authoritative decisions.
Politics do not need to be nasty some of it could be safe, like perhaps a director is having a good understanding with another director over which team has better performance.
