And is the organization and gathering of information on how to solve the situation and further working for solutions. Agenda setting up, prioritizing the situation that needs a particular attention down to the easy issues. Those under the salient issues are the once talked about and thoughts, ideas and alternatives are organized within an agenda.

After gathering salient issues. Insurance policy creators under the legislative and bureaucracy stick to the issue and develop a regulatory strategies on how to address the problem. According to definition, a community is an organization that talk about something in common and an connections within the group or with one another committed to share for the output and betterment of their living. We nurses is definitely an advocate by searching issues and impact interested people inside the city to be an active participant in mobilizing support and affect change. Furthermore, nurses can be a big help by gathering data's and facts about today's health situation and identify what remedies or plan of action can be produced to at least relieve, reduce or eradicate the source of problem by putting into action independent Nursing actions such as health education and evaluate it and additional reporting to the neighborhood government. The mark budget and resources will be given in line with the reported scarcity. Such issues prevalent locally is the outbreak of some communicable diseases.

If not, other solutions and options to the underlying consequences must prepare yourself. Finding the right solution is the next phase and secondary implement it. And lastly use the alternatives and monitoring the results and results of the alternatives. This stage takes very long time.

Advantages of using the Model

The problem is done as a style, brainstorming of every members to attain good alternatives is obtained. This approach is dependant on scientifically obtained data that helps in reduction of errors, assumptions and all factors behind poor judgements. This approach also uses logic and a process and deliberating the possible outcomes on the original execution of the alternatives to reach a good and best end result or final decision.

Disadvantages or constraints of using the model

This decision making process is unsuitable for quick - decisions. It requires a deliberation and a careful examination of the choice it requires time because of this. It is utilized just for long-term decisions not for short-term. It requires many information from the users. In addition, it assumed an accurate, good knowledge of the alternatives and options.
