According to WHO health is a total wellbeing of physical, mental and cultural health with absence of diseases. According to the definition I don't think I am really healthy when i am not doing any exercise daily, I am not taking equivalent portion of fruits and vegetables every day. I take too much stress over little things as well as get angry easily. I only slept well enough when I have a day off from my college or job rest of the times I slept significantly less than 6 time. My BMI has ended between 22 to 24. Besides, I've some good habits as well for occasion I don't drink or smoke that's why my blood circulation pressure is under normal runs. I wish to improve my physical health (start doing exercise at least 4 days weekly, proper portions of fruits & vegetables), my mental health (practice aggression management techniques). Mental health (proper scheduling my day to get enough rest, stress management techniques). Modifying unwanted behavior to desirable behavior is vital to avoid from long-term consequences for occasion if I won't do exercise and take greasy food rather than vegetables & fruits than daily calorie level, extra fat deposition and cholesterol rate increase in my body and business lead to obesity. Constant aggression and continuous hitting of stressful situations and fatness will change my blood circulation pressure level which are now in normal ranges and in long-term increase the risk of common cardiovascular diseases. Furthermore, if I will not get enough sleeping I will not always feel fresh next day hence, unable to concentrate on my work and my job will be infected. I am going to explode my aggression and frustration on my family and neglect to maintain a balance between my personal and professional life in long term.

Critical thinking is the main skill for HCA in fact for all healthcare professionals because they are what HCA's use to prioritize and make important decision to save lives of these patients. Being an excellent HCA I will use my critical thinking skills every day to determine, plan for, and provide quality patient treatment with their patients. Moreover, when I finish up in turmoil situation I am going to utilize my critical thinking skills to assess the problem, consider selections and potential outcomes to create best possible solutions.
Everyone have another type of and unique learning style and they learn in their own way that is why learning is recognized as a complicated concept. I found myself as a aesthetic learner because that aesthetic aids are a powerful tool and add power to the spoken words. Diagrams, images and colors in my own faculty's teaching material during school impact right to my creativity and help me to understand, comprehend and follow all the demonstration information more effectively and efficiently.
Both parts of human brain are believed important and function evenly I myself feel that my right hemisphere of the brain is most effective because I am big picture focused and all natural thinker this help me being an HCA to look for patient problem holistically and then reply upon it. My though process is visual (nonverbal) I can better understand nonverbal cues of clients having communication difficulties. I stress on alternatives while solving the issues this will support me in identifying as much as possible solution for an individual problem. Furthermore, I am good at remembering the events in this manner I can simply reflect back upon the past incidents to analyze the same kind of present problem.
EMOTIONAL HEALTH ( 10 marks)
Emotional health is approximately being self-confident and self-aware. Good mental health to cope with life's problems in a better way and help easily recover from setbacks. It had been my first day at job working as a casual support worker. I used to be assigned with a client who was mentally and literally disable and provided me a very tough time through the 5-hour transfer. The incident impact my thoughts, sense and behavior.
My thoughts: My first day at job went very bad so I start convinced that I am going to never in a position to do this job as I fail to handle the one client then I could I control the other more challenging clients.
My feelings: I will start being hopeless and despondent and begin feeling doubtful to activate in the actions essential to complete the task.
My tendencies: Because of my thoughts and feelings my behavior will be transformed and I give up working with that client. I talk to my manager i am uncomfortable dealing with that consumer please do not give me change with that client. My director counsel me that as it is my first day that is why I am sensing like that but as time passes I am going to become comfortable dealing with that customer and by the time I develop rapport she'll given me with another mature staff.
My self-esteem positively affected by my husband habit. He always trusts appreciate, motivate and facilitates me rather than use to criticize me. whenever I prepare food something for him and there is a problem in it he never uses at fault me but calmly and politely explain me and give me opinions. His habit increase my self-confidence and my self-esteem and I react to him yet others in a far more positive way.
When I started out my HCA course one of my friend who was also doing course with me at night was worried sick and concern as she was from business qualifications and have no idea about medical field. She discusses with me that the course will be super easy for me as I am already belonging to medical field but also for her if things gone soft in the first month then only she'll continue the course often she will leave. I motivate her that I'll help you out as much as possible for me and I am certain you will complete the course with good grades. My drive creates a positive impact on her self-esteem and self-confidence and due to her hardworking she was doing good in the first month. She then makes a decision to continue the course.
I am wii risk taker, typically I am not ready for taking risk and like to safely handle the things. For example, whenever I intend to do online shopping after sorting out the clothes I mainly drop the thought of doing online shopping as I don't want to take risk if clothes aren't as same as it is in the picture then I will eventually lose my money.
STRESS (6 marks)
Right now, my current stressor is my occupied schedule, from Monday to Friday I must attend college or university then have to look after household chores with studies. In addition, I am immigrant in Canada and right now along the way of my long term residency etc weekends I have to do job to show the immigrant official i am doing some time of job with my studies.
Sometime stress advantage by making us more focused and alert, but when stress becomes unmanageable it can create havoc in life disturbing from diet to romantic relationships. Sometime Personally i think which i become overwhelmed with my stressor and display behaviors like sense less excited, sometime fail to achieve my goals, sometime I feel less self-control in myself and become easily annoyed, ambitious and eating more processed foods including candies. I feel become more mental and even more forgetful at time.
Stress management is the goal of my behavior changes job and I plan certain strategies to beat it for instance improving my sleep hours, doing meditation, spend less time working late night, becoming more organize, requesting help from my family associates in doing household tasks, proper planning and prioritizing my duties, doing exercise and improving my diet plan.

I need to improve my water absorption, decrease my intake of fat, make an effort to include more and more fruits & vegetables in my own diet, drink skim milk every day or choose low fat milk alternatives. I have to modify my diet plan by eating at least one dark inexperienced veg like broccoli, lettuce, spinach and one orange vegetable like carrots or sweet potatoes with no added fat, sweets or salt. I am going to eat grain products that are lower in fats. Drink 2 cup of 1% or 2% skim dairy every day for adequate vitamin D. Furthermore, for adequate necessary protein intake, I should consume 2 servings of fish every week. I should cut down the visible excess fat from meat and ingest poultry without pores and skin. I should prefer roasting or cooking cooking method to prevent from consuming additional fat. Try to use soybean, olive or canola veggie oil and delicate margarine and limit butter absorption.
Poor diet plan will affect the entire wellbeing in long-term for instance if I will not limit my daily oil intake according to suggested food guide providing then I will be on risk for expanding overweight, type 2 diabetes, heart disease, certain types of malignancy and osteoporosis. Fewer servings of fruits and vegetables cause me natural vitamins, vitamins and other important nutrients deficiency. With this strong believe I am able to offer the life span changing situations in a more positive way. My prayers and meditation also associated with my strongest spirituality. By praying, meditation and training forgiveness I can feel peaceful, relax and nearer to god. Listen to the inner voice and then take decision because the individual inner voice is often right so stick to the inner voice decision. Laughing a lot so that I could increase the way I could feel toward myself and life in general. Spiritual health got a smaller hyperlink with the public health but still worth mentioning.
