Plagiarism: The Big Picture

There is far more to stealing articles than many people think. To the average individual, that person probably thinks stealing articles is simply copying an original work and pondering it is not a problem. I used to believe this way also, until reality gave me an excellent slap over the face. Honestly, plagiarism will be a major issue and is in fact against the law punishable simply by several means.

There are two types of plagiarism: accidental/unintentional plagiarism and intentional plagiarism. Plagiarising deliberately would be replicating and pasting directly from a source devoid of paraphrasing at all. The types of people that do this perhaps want to make themselves look proficient and seem like they have a hint what is going on. Alternatively, they are simply lazy and don't wish to put any effort in the work. Unintentional plagiarism is definitely not purposely copy-and-pasting such as the examples over. Writers with little experience can be assumed to do this because they can figure out when they are plagiarising. Grammatical errors such as forgetting estimates if you are quoting directly from the origin can unintentionally' turn by itself into plagiarized work. With stealing subjects comes many different consequences and penalties. This type of "academic dishonesty" could mean little to no credit on an job, discipline for school, exclusion from a university, decrease of a job, and particularly loss of believability and an expert reputation.
