I have been employed at the VA Ann Arbor Health care System (VAAAHS) for almost six years and have been in the Preparing and Analysis service since I began. The VAAAHS is provides its main campus in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has 3 Community-Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC) in Jackson and Flint, Michigan, and one in Toledo, Ohio. VAAAHS provided health care to more than 61, 500 Veterans during fiscal year 2013 and is the second largest healthcare program within our Experienced Integrated Support Network (VISN) of several healthcare devices across The state of michigan, Indiana, and Illinois. During fiscal year 2013 there have been almost 551, 000 outpatient visits, much more than 5, three hundred inpatient acces, 396 tickets to our Community Living Centre (CLC), and there were almost 4, 600 surgeries. You will discover 105 severe hospital bed frames and forty beds inside the CLC.
The look and Evaluation service comes underneath the Overseer of the Health-related System and is considered an assistance service intended for the hospital. Some things that the support is responsible for can be strategic preparing, provide info and evaluation to multiple services, research, review, and assist with system requests, continued survey preparedness, staff support to different services, and satisfaction measures intended for the organization as a whole, just to identity a few. The Planning and Research Service at present has five full time workers. There is the Services Chief, a Health Systems Specialist, two Computer Developers, and a single Program Analyst.
