There are many ideas trying to describe the key to motivation as well as how to be successful. Three main ideas are Maslow's Hierarchy of Need, McGregor's Theories Times and Y, and the Herzberg's two-factor theory. They all make an effort to explain just how employees will be motivated and how organizations may be successful with the employees. However , I think the main theory would be Maslow's Hierarch of Demands. It is depending on the individual person and how that they respond to five needs classified in a hierarchy. The structure is designed like a pyramid and each need is given for the way much the individual depends on it. The initially level and the most important would be physiological. It provides hunger, thirst, shelter, sexual intercourse and other body needs that you just depend on to survive. It is the biggest because it is the vital thing a person needs to endure and function within your daily life. The second level can be safety. Basic safety includes secureness and defense against physical and emotional damage. The third rate would be interpersonal which contains affection, belongingness, acceptance, and friendship. The fourth level can be categorized because esteem consisting of internal factors such as self-respect, autonomy, and achievement. While external factors would consist of status, recognition, and interest. Finally, the fifth level would be self-actualization. It is the littlest level plus the one that a person requires the least. It includes the travel to become whatever we are capable of becoming such as; expansion, achieving each of our potential, and self-fulfillment. 1 important thing is that tier 1-2 are all low order needs and happy through external factors and tiers approximately for five are high order interior factors.

... People who think like that would like to achieve love, belonging, self- respect, and attention. They might try to gain attention when you are a people pleaser, becoming a follower rather than a innovator, and trying to discover a place to belong to within a group. They benefit what others think of these people very very and just desire to be recognized both in status or progress.
I do believe Maslow's theory is the best out of all 3 and the one that most people understand the most. It's easy to read and comprehend to any individual in any country. It is mostly based upon common sense and the underlining requires of standard survival journeying all the way to self-fulfillment. It is also one of the most well-known and popular theory known to persons. Overall, I do believe Maslow's Pecking order of requires theory is among the most accurate and effective in predicting people's behavior and just how they are determined.
