Project Name: Cross types Electric Energy Integrated Cluster involving Renewable Fuels

This project has been funded by the Euro Union's Horizon 2020 research and technology programme. The information in this report reflects only the author's views, not the thoughts and opinions of the European Union. Neither the REA nor the European Commission are in charge of any use that may be made of the info included therein.

The deliverable describes the data which will be obtained for HELENIC-REF, the task for obtaining, handling, holding these data. A conclusion of naming, version handling and preserving the info will be given, combined with the procedure of showing the data per the participation of the task in Start Research Data Pilot.

HELENIC-REF (Cross types Electric Energy Integrated Cluster pertaining to Renewable Fuels) job refers to the establishment of a new sustainable technique of creation of energy or fuels. HELENIC-REF is taking part on the Start Research Data Pilots which a pilot action in H2020 on available usage of research data.

The foresight for the info Management Plan is dictated by the three main goals of the HELENI C-REF task:

The main categories of the study data that will be produced in the job cover the following areas.

  1. Information on the catalyst
  2. Information on the developed experimental equipment for the lowering process
  3. Information on the developed experimental apparatus for the hydrogen production
  4. Information on the developed reactor for the hydrocarbon production

3. 2. 1 Home elevators the catalyst.

The data produced on the catalyst will send mainly on the its structural characterization and will be produced with different methods referred to in Section 4.

3. 2. 2 Information on the developed experimental apparatus for the decrease process

The reduction process depends on Lorenz electron reactor operation. The data will be produced and accumulated from the dimension of this activity with the used of different dimension method such as chromatography, structural characterization etc. (More details in Section 4)

The Hydrocarbon development will be produced by either use the produced hydrogen or the Lorenz electrons. This process has different methods and each will produce its own data sets

These data will be made by the procedure or the using the gathered hydrogen and air.

3. 3 Manuscripts

Manuscripts refers to the all the documents produced during the project, deliverables, magazines, internal documents. Microsoft Phrase (. doc) will be utilized for the draft types and both Expression and PDF types will be used for the ultimate ones.

3. 4 Dissemination material

HELENIC-REF will produce different types of dissemination materials, flyers, general population presentations, videos, showing the theory and the accomplishments of the project. For the flyer, the final format will be a graphic on. JPEG or bitmap. BMP. The presentations will be either in Microsoft PowerPoint format or PDF. All the dissemination materials will be distributed in public areas only in PDF format or hardcopy. For the video trusted format will be utilized as AVI or MOV.

4. 1 Creation and collection of the data

In this section the methodology for the collection and the creation of every of the info category will be presented.

4. 1. 1 Computer Software

The software produced in HELENIC-REF will be mainly to assemble and process the info from the different types of receptors that the lovers will use during the experimental procedure. Country wide Instruments Collection will be used from all the partners for the data acquisition of some of the sensors and the commercial software of the devices for the gas examination, move meter etc. Furthermore, software code will be produced through the modeling procedure with the use of MATLAB. Its time a fresh version of code will be produced, will be released on the list of partners to upgrade their versions if needed.

4. 1. 2 Research data and metadata

Research data will be produced during the experimental process of the project and the further processing of these data. As previous said these data can be divided in the four main categories.   • Electron microscopy
  • X-ray diffraction
  • FTIR & Raman spectroscopy

In addition, the resistivity of the catalyst will be checked and data will be produced from its structural modelling.

The solutions to produce the datasets on the lowering process will be based on:

  • On-line oxygen flow measurement using receptors and/or chromatography
  • On-line resistivity monitoring
  • On-line parametric control (Air flow, temperatures, current, magnetic field)
  • Periodic structural characterization
  • Modeling of the lowering process

The datasets for the Hydrogen and Hydrocarbon production, they'll be obtained through measurements by both operating conditions of the experiment:

  • Temperature
  • Pressure
  • Water flow rate for heavy steam generation
  • Inlet inert movement rate (N2)
  • Output gaseous flow rate
  • Output gaseous stream rate (hydrogen and oxygen)

And the electro-magnetic conditions:

  • Current flow along the catalyst
  • Magnetic field vertical to the current move on the catalyst
  • Resistivity on the catalyst

4. 1. 3 Manuscripts and dissemination material

All the documentation of the task, deliverables, internal reports, material for dissemination will be made by the Microsoft Office Suite

4. 2 Naming, versioning and handling of the documents.

The composition of the archiving of the info will observe the WP and process organization. The father or mother folder will be called under the task Package amount and the kids folders with the name of the duty. The content of any publication or dissemination material must be approved by the Consortium before submission and it is checked to include the acknowledgment to the European union funding.

The equipment that is utilized for the measurements during the experiments is authorized and calibrate to assure the accuracy of the info measured. But the appropriate measurements are depending on methodology of the tests and the ability to repeat the test and to obtain the same results. For this reason, the data obtained from the tests will be compared with previous measurements to recognize the similarity to the results. Also, the results of the experiments will be circulated to the associates to assess the grade of the findings. In addition, the methodology utilized by each spouse will be reviewed in weekly founded skype conferences with companions for possible corrections or omissions.

5. 1 Data storage area and backup through the project

The Consortium are determined that the datasets from the experimental measurements will be maintained and utilized by the lovers in future research activities. Likewise, to let researchers and wider general public to know more about HELENIC-REF data from public reports, open access journals and conferences will be maintained combined with the necessary information for validating the publicized results and then for research workers to compare their conclusions.

All dissemination materials will be conserved and shared as soon as possible to allow public about find out about the task. The Consortium has made a decision to preserve the data for 5 years following the completion of the task.

All data to maintained will be stored in the associates serves and will be utilized by them before and following the completion of the project. The maintenance of the info will by each partner's responsibility. The preservation of the public data is identified in Section 5. 3.

5. 3 Data sharing

The Consortium, regarding its participation on the Open Research Data Pilot, is on opt to have open access publications. 5. 4 Copyright and Intellectual Property Privileges (IPR) issues.

Datasets are owned or operated by the partner that generates them. Where several partners have jointly carried out work producing the datasets, they will have joint ownership of such these data. In addition, these companions can acknowledge a joint ownership agreement about the allocation and conditions of performing exercises that joint ownership. The joint ownership results can be utilized by the companions for non-commercial research activities without needing the prior consent of the others Joint Owners. The ownership of these dataset can be transferred per article 30 of the Give Agreement.

As mentioned previously the public technological datasets will be shared under the Creative Common permit to safeguard the intellectual property of the owners against any commercial use of the distributed dataset.
