"The world can be described as global village", is a metaphor that was coined by the Canadian college student Marshall McLuhan to describe the perceived experience of a smaller universe resulting from the effects of modern technology, faster communication and improved transport, despite geographical boundaries (1). The various procedures that have developed this sensation can be called globalization. There are many explanations of the term globalization; Delbruck 1993 defined globalization as "a technique of denationalization of markets, regulations and politics, in the sense of interlacing people and persons for the sake of prevalent good"(2). Fidler 1996 appropriately described the positive effect as a intricate process of, "political and financial intercourse among different full sovereign coin states" within the premise that such interdependence will result in states being best and as such building stability, tranquility and order in the worldwide scenario(3). Globalization has triggered a continuous erosion of the traditional differentiation of nationwide and worldwide activities through political, sociable and financial interaction among different countries, leading to a fusion or overlap of domestic and foreign policies(4). However , the positive effect differs by internationalization, the latter referring to a process where each country attempts to satisfy their countrywide interest by simply co-operating to countries in areas where they may be incapable of achieving desired effects on their own(3). Its key points are co-operation between states, while protecting sovereignty. The positive effect on the other hand comprises co-operation and undermines the sovereignty of nations.
