Doing business cross-culturally can reveal vast differences in function ethics. Yet

developing these types of intercultural relationships can create many benefits, including "(i) understanding

the world; (ii) breaking stereotypes; and (iii) acquiring new skills" (Martin, Nakayama 251).

People coming together inter-culturally will encounter many challenges, and though

conflicts will more than likely arise, it is vital to remember we are able to learn and grow by these

situations.
