Leadership can be carried out with different styles. Some leaders have one style, which is right for certain, situations and incorrect for others. Some leaders can conform and use different command styles for given situations.
People new to management often feel under pressure to lead in an especially dominant way. Sometimes this pressure on a new innovator to impose their specialist on the team comes from above.
Personal Development Planning (PDP) is a process that enhances and supports our experience as a leader. By participating in PDP I am researching, building and reflecting on my own and educational development. This technique stimulates me to have a step back again and think about what I have achieved in a structured way. It also involves clearly discovering my goals and planning the steps I need to take to accomplish them. (Cartwright, R. , Collins, M. , Green, G. & Chocolate, A. (1998).
PDP will help me as leader:
Integrate my personal and academic development and improve my capacity to plan my own academic programmes;
Be far better in monitoring and researching their own improvement;
Be more alert to could am learning and what different coaching and learning strategies I am hoping to attain;
Recognise and discuss my own strengths and weaknesses;
Identify opportunities for my learning and personal development outside the curriculum;
Be better prepared for seeking occupation or self-employment and be more in a position to relate what I've learnt to certain requirements of employers;
Be better prepared for the demands of carrying on professional or vocational development when I am going to enter job.
A Capacity Matrix is a visible learning tool and charting approach created by David Langford and Myron Tribus. It can help us to understand explicitly what we need to know, understand and be able to do. Progress towards these learning goals can be monitored as time passes using the matrix.
It permits the look development of ideas and skills and a tool to assess the amount of achievements.

The SWOT analysis can be an extremely useful tool for understanding and decision-making for all sorts of situations. SWOT evaluation can be utilized for all sorts of decision-making, and the SWOT template allows proactive thinking, rather than relying on habitual or instinctive reactions. My personal SWOT analysis is similar to I brought up in desk below.

Having good knowledge in my field and studying business strategy related maser degree I can get excellent job in future utilizing my level and experience in multinational company to brighten my future.
As I am working along with full time studying course of CMI cant get proper time to manage my personal activities like interpersonal life etc. my Communication skills are quite good but lack confidence in new environment, it take me time for you to adjust in new environment to make me resolved and show myself.
Currently I've chance to complete this ongoing CMI course and follow it to MBA from Gloustershire University to get Masters Degree that can provide me border in competitive job market.
I 've got threat if I couldn't deal with my time properly to get PGD from CMI so I can fail to achieve PDG from CMI without that i can't even take admission in School to get Master's degree which may lead me to potential for promotion in my own current job. The PESTEL evaluation is a good tool for understanding market growth or decline, and therefore the positioning, potential and route for business environment. A PESTL analysis is a small business way of measuring tool and may use for PDP as well.

Goals establishment has been described as the process of transforming a need, or other aspect of one's responsibility, into a concrete activity to go after (Austin & Vancouver 1996)
Establishment of future goals is vital part of PDP. It gives me way to specific to make work to accomplish my goals.
Goals can be established based upon the SMART criteria
Goals should be logical and highlight what I wish to happen.
The complete Personal Development Plan is a measure for future years success; if the target is achieved, this is successful.
Goals must be attainable
A realistic plan will drive my skills and knowledge about my field of work.
I will placed a timeframe for the target, putting an end point on my goal gives me an obvious target to work towards.
There are following goals those have divide into
Postgraduate Certificate in Strategic Management from CMI
Post Graduate Certificate course provides me chance to execute managerial activities in the branch. This program may be accomplished in 06 months and open a new door to enter into management and develop my job as branch director. The positioning of branch manager offers me more power and resposilbity to run the branch.
Short term goals can be establsihed based mostly upon SMART standards. Conclusion of managment course and branch director goals are specific, can be measured through performance within a time frame
PGD in Strategic Management
My Medium term goals are action or development that I have to complete within 2 years to complete.
My medium term goals are to do complete PGD from CMI and become regional director. This diploma will improve my knowledge and can help me to handle people who have the company and using different techniques the way to handle different situations. It will help me to achieve the organisational objectives and also to go to raised level position of job.
To achieve a degree is a particular, solution with my results and within specific time frame.
Performance as a branch manager will lead me to obtain a position at regional level. This goal can be measured with my performance, realistic to achieve this goal within 2 yrs time frame.
Based on SMART criteria can easily determine my medium term goals, because goals are specific, measurable, genuine, attainable, within a period period.
Long term goals are goals that I have to achieve within next 3-10 years. Like every head I want power, position & respect in a company. The gives me chance to make guidelines and strategic decision on top level to attain the company's goals.

A mentor pays and reliable guide or counsellor, who helps us to develop in our roles and responsibilities.
Clear professional goals are important guides for me as market leaders as I must concentrate on my professional development. Mentors will explore tools and ways of support leaders as they write goals, and will ensure that coach might better fulfil the role of a instructor, collaborator and advocate as they support beginning market leaders working through the PDP process.
Sharing my plan and seek feedback
I will discuss the target set and how those are attainable.
I will plan with my coach in person, using internet or on the phone. The main thing should be here is that the coach ought to be the person who is a reliable person. I am going to attain feedback and will discuss personal development place and also have to revise where appropriate.
I will ask my coach what questions she or he thinks I should ask.
I will ask my mentor about herself or himself and tell my coach about myself. These details will surely help as I discuss certain issues and it'll suggest topics that I'll find helpful for me in my own plan to become successful.
I have to keep in mind that e-mail communication can be quite not the same as face-to-face communication so have to like face-to-face communication if possible.
Mentors is someone who do not necessarily have to be an integral part of our group or business product. In fact, mentor from beyond your corporation may have broader perspectives in coaching our problem or sorting it out.
For the high-potential person, having a coach can make a difference. Mentors know how to motivate employees by providing understanding for specific successes. Beyond just offering back-up, however, mentors can help employees:
Clarify their career options
Better understand the organization and understand its politics
Build support networks
Deal with work obstacles
This section discusses resources necessary for implementation and possible execution problems for my PDP.
The plan actually worked and if so then from what scope and which areas needs more attention and consideration.
To achieve the PGC from CMI and be branch supervisor need resources for implementation. Course needs time and fees and determination. If these resources are often available then it will be possible for me to accomplish my short-term objective.
The possible execution problems could be I neglect to achieve my PGC from CMI rather than enough time to attend classes on proper time.
I need to show good performance and training from top management to become a branch manager and show myself a good branch leader at branch.
One more possible implementation problem for me could be easily neglect to understand the manger's obligations and other colleagues are showing good performance than me at branch.
MBA in Strategic Management needs time, fees, determination and experience at branch level to complete my level which I can utilise at top level.
Good Get good at level education and experience can open up a new door for me to become a regional manager. Actions will be required, achieve goals, provide skills at a local level, and good relationship with top management through my performance.
There could be problems in implementation if fail to achieve masters level, not attaining company's medium term targets and neglect to provide good management skills.
Every employee desires to get the highest expert in his job in virtually any organisation. Actions must turn into a director of the business and work in head office. Good control skill, timely decision making, quick reaction to any changes in market, make ways of remain competitive in the market
It is not easy to adopt all above actions for me there could be some problems. To be a manager easily remain unable to understand the very best level management, not lively enough to determine risk facing of the company.
As like any technique for progress my PDP must be managed and monitored to get results. Review is very important to examine the progress of PDP. I must do this in an optimistic spirit.
Implementation is the realization or execution of an idea, idea model, standards, and standards. Implementation of personal development plan requires recourses to attain the goal.
Performance sign can help me to examine the PDP
How often to meet deadlines to accomplish specific objective
The number and percentage of the times that complete a particular action successfully.
Feedback received from mentors
Education can be weighed against results by the end of the year
After implementation I have to be review and monitor the progress of my PDP.
The main purposes of health insurance and safety laws and regulations are to ensure that people have a safe and healthy working environment and this, so far as possible, accidents can be avoided.
The prevention amongst workers of departures from health caused by their working conditions; the cover of employees in their career from risks resulting from factors negative to health; the putting and maintenance of the employee within an occupational environment adapted to his physiological and mental health capabilities; and, to summarize, the version of work to man and of every man to his job. "(International Labour Organization (ILO) and the entire world Health Company (WHO))

Factories Act 1961 (since completely superseded by the 1992 Regulations
Offices, Shops and Railway Premises Action 1963.
This is recommended approach with regards to the organisational needs of the business enterprise and with target that the way will be built-into the total management system. It really is based on successful health and safety management
Management can be involved with people whatsoever levels of the organisation and human behaviour, in particular individual personal factors such as attitude, perception, drive, personality learning and training.
As a director it is vital to establish and deal with a safe and healthy group. They can follow health and safety management procedure.
There will be the following important elements of successful health insurance and protection management.
Organisation that are successful in reaching high standard of health and safety have health insurance and safety insurance policies which donate to their business performance, while achieving their responsibilities to people and the environment in a manner that fulfil both the heart and the letter of the law. Their health and safety policies influence almost all their activities and decision.
This is helper by the creation of a positive culture that secures engagement and participation whatsoever levels. The noticeable and active authority of senior professionals is necessary to expanding maintain a culture supportive of health insurance and basic safety management. Their purpose is not simply to avoid injuries, but to motive and empower visitors to work safely
These successful organisations choose a planned and systematic method of policy implementation. Their aim is to minimise the potential risks created by work activities, product and services. Specific actions had a need to promote an optimistic health and safeness culture and eliminate and control risks are discovered.

This needs to be done systematically through regular reviews of performance based on data both for monitoring activities and 3rd party audit of the complete health and safe practices management.
Quality should be defined as reaching to exceeding customer targets, at a cost that represents value for money to them and delivering your service or product when the need it. (H. J. Harrington)
TQM requires that the company maintain this quality standard in all aspects of its business. This requires making certain things are done right the very first time and that problems and waste are eradicated from procedures.
A continuous group of actions, incidents or changes especially a continuing and regular action or succession of action taking place or performed in an absolute manner, a systematic series if action or operations directed for some end.
Develop a distributed vision and mission for the organisation
Develop the 'objective' into its critical success factors (CSFs) to go it forward
Define the key performance outcomes as being the quantifiable signals of success in conditions of the quest and CSFs
Understand the center techniques and gain process sponsorship
Break down the core functions into sub techniques, activities and tasks and form improvement groups around these
Ensure process and folks alignment through an insurance plan deployment or goal translation process
TQM can help a administrator make the right tactical decisions about the near future direction of company. However, remember that strategy is about doing the right things and quality is approximately doing things right.
Quality management and strategy are interlinked, indivisible and the same, but only following the quality culture become an integral part of how you run a business.
A further driving a vehicle drive for TQM execution is the necessity for the permanent success of the company and the need for one common culture. When design of services, product, systems, and steps is the first concern of management after people issues, the company is absolutely looking outward to find what the expectations of customers really are.
For a good a strategy in an organisation there must be dedication to the TQM program is therefore essential, from each employee from the top of the bottom of the company. Each staff will be taking responsibility for the quality of work that they are doing. If senior director are seen uncommitted to the program, it is unlikely even to get off the bottom.
