As I expand my personal knowledge inside the different counselling approaches, my values correctly fit in with the humanistic theoretical orientation. The career theory Integrative Life Preparing (ILP) also resonates inside my future goals as a counselor. I was very enthusiastic about working with high school graduation and/or university students and supporting them efficiently prepare for their future. The holistic approach has stood out to myself from the start in the program and has been useful in my personal existence. My goal is to help the student/client to discover their own personal motivations and self-satisfaction within them, as well as a method to gain society. My own role as being a counselor should be to assist the student in organizing their personal skills, job values, and career interests as a start to finding an ideal work environment. With some assistance, this will enable the student to appreciate that they have alternatives to do what they truly get pleasure from. I have well-known many learners that do not need guidance in creating a effective future. Accord to the Entrance Foundation analyze, only six of 15 U.
